Confirmed by laboratory of Joyetech, due to components change in production, eVic produced during 2012-12-16 to 2012-12-18 may have a functional defect—the control head will delay its work after you press the enter button.
After careful deliberation, to be responsible for customer satisfaction of normal use, to keep the brand integrity of Joyetech, we decide to replace these potential faulty eVic control heads.
Device Serial Number (serial number for your control head):
We already contacted with related distributors which received above device, and informed package serial number for their checking. They would represent Joyetech to replace eVic control head for you freely.
If you found your eVic device has above problem and device serial number is listed as above, please contact with your vendor to exchange your control head.
Please provide your package serial number, security code and device serial number to your vendor,they will verify and replace for you.
