I’ve just been informed that “The Vapor Edge” is hiring for its 3 Vape Shops in Connecticut and is seeking a Manager or Assistant Manager to run them.
Applicant should have an intermediate to advanced knowledge of vaping, preferably with experience in the use of mechanical mods, working with rda’s/building coils, etc. (*However, if office, administrative and management skills are excellent, product knowledge can be learned, but SOME experience in vaping at minimum is required) Additionally, significant experience in running an office, filing, scheduling, inventory, payroll, and all other tasks of managing a small business are necessary for the Manager job title, somewhat less experience may qualify you for the Assistant Manager position, so feel free to apply, explaining your background and we will see if you may be suitable in any degree. Pay is part hourly/part commission, but you can expect to earn between $12 to $16+ per hour, and that will increase as our overall profits do. All applicants must be competent in Microsoft programs such as Word and Excell, ability to learn new programs – such as our POS, which currently is Square – (Photoshop experience is a plus!) and be able to work in a fast and ever-changing environment, but a FUN one, provided we maintain excellence in service to our customers! And while experience working in the field is not mandatory (we understand this industry has only just begun in Connecticut), experience using the product is.
