User Manual

Turning the device on/off: 5 rapid clicks of the fire button will turn the device’s power on or off. Another way to power down the device is through the settings menu.

Normal usage (firing the SPECIES): Pressing the fire button on the side of the mod to activate it and vape. Holding the fire button for more than 10 seconds will result in the device activating its internal safety feature and powering down.

Screen lock/unlock: With a touch screen device, this one is kind of important. The single button on the front of the device is there to keep your settings set. A single press will lock the screen, a single press will unlock it again.

Menu Options: In the top left on the touch screen, you will notice a symbol in the shape of 4 squares. When the screen is unlocked, pressing this will open your menu to allow you to change the settings on the SPECIES.

Variable Wattage: When the mod is in VW mode and the screen is unlocked, use the + and – symbols on the screen to adjust between 1 and 230 watts.

Change from VW to TC: Press the menu button and hit the left-hand symbol that looks like a speedometer. Once inside, slide the switch between VW and TC. This menu system is easy to operate and requires little explanation.  Select your coil material and on the main screen, you can adjust the temperature with the + and – keys.

Changing screen colors: Hit the menu button and then choose screen, like an icon that looks like a little tv. Once inside, you can change the screen timeout time as well as the color of the screen itself.

Locking the entire system: 3 clicks of the fire button will lock the entire device, preventing any accidental hits in your pocket.
