NOTICE: Due to high demand, please allow 3-5 days for order processing. Please be patient and forecast your vape supply. Vaping products that ship are within 3 business days from the time your order is placed. We are an essential business and effected by the COVID-19. Expect delays processing your order, and shipping delays from USPS and FedEx. If your order is placed on Friday evening thru Sunday, your order will start to processing on Wednesday. We ship via FedEx, UPS, and USPS. Orders placed generally arrive within this time frame, but we will not be held responsible for shipping carrier delays.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING TIME
We strive to get all orders received before 1 PM (PST) shipped out the next business day. We ship from our warehouse in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Please note that all estimated shipping times are estimates.

We will contact you if for some reason there are any delays via email or the phone number you provide us during checkout.
We ship weekdays, Monday-Friday. We do not ship on Saturday or Sunday or any USPS holidays. Orders received after 10:00 AM PST Friday thru Sunday ship on the following Monday, assuming Monday is not a holiday.
Please Note: tracking numbers are not active until the shipping provider scans the package as late as 7 or 8 PM PST.
Orders placed before 9 AM (PST) will deliver on the next business day. Please note that weekends and holidays are not business days. For example, if your order ships on Friday via Overnight shipping your order will be delivered on Monday assuming Monday is not a holiday. If Monday is a holiday, your package will arrive on Tuesday.

Your Order Cancellation Rights
You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 30 days without giving any reason for doing so.
The deadline for cancelling an Order is 30 days from the date on which You received the Goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.

Conditions for Returns
In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

- The Goods are in the original packaging

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.
Only regular priced Goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, Goods on sale cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to You if it is not permitted by applicable law.

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
If the Goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, You’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to You.
If the Goods weren’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the Order shipped to themselves to give it to You later, We will send the refund to the gift giver.
