The Vapor Shark SwitchBox RX Mod is an exciting new device that joins the impressive Vapor Shark line-up. This mod already exists, but with a DNA chipset. As a way to lower the cost of the uniquely designed SwitchBox, Vapor Shark has collaborated with Wismec, using their RX 75W chipset. In this SwitchBox RX Mod Review I’ll provide a video review at the top of this post and a description of the review just below.

Appearance: The SwitchBox RX has a nice and unique appeal, but it isn’t “all that” in its stock form. You see, what makes the SwitchBox RX so unique is that it has these switchable magnetic panels on its front and back. By default these panels are black, but they can be removed and replaced for one’s that have color and better appeal. It would have been nice for consumers to have a color option included at the time of purchasing this kit. Besides the switchable panels, the Vapor Shark name rests on either side of the device, on the front there’s a 3-button control face with an OLED screen and a micr0-USB port, and the back is the second switchable panel that acts as a cover for the single-bay battery compartment.
Features: There aren’t tons of features built into this device, but just enough to provide a user-friendly experience of all the latest tech. The SwitchBox RX Mod by Vapor Shark utilizes the Wismec RX chipset, which delivers 75 watts of power. It’s also equipped with temperature control that allows you to take advantage of multiple wire types, including
Performance: The SwitchBox RX Mod performs just like many of the other popular mods that have an RX chipset. The power is there, it’s consistent, and provides a great hit each and every time. The temperature control on this chipset has been tested and proven time and time again, so expect a perfectly working temperature control with a wide range. As far as battery life, it’s a single 18650 mod, so if you’re running a super sub-ohm atomizer, don’t expect a long battery life. If you’re comfortable with single 18650 mods, this one should hold up pretty well. As a side note, Vapor Shark devices are known for their speedy charge times.
