In recent industry news, there were Fifty-three scientists that have defended e-cigarettes. This is a phenomenal move that should soon benefit the e-cigarette industry in many ways and additionally serves as a prominent backing for the industry as a whole. These fifty-three scientists defended e-cigarettes by writing a letter to the UN’s World Health Organization Director – General Margaret Chan, cautioning her not to classify e-cigarettes as tobacco products. Classing e-cigarettes as tobacco products will lead to stricter regulatory controls on the nascent industry.
