There has always been a setback to vaping in finding the perfect combination of ecig and heating element. We’re stuck between using a cartomizer or atomizer – the two vaping accessories that still leaves vapers puzzled.
When using a cartomizer, you’re left with a more mild approach to vaping – such as mild flavor, mild throat hit and slightly less vapor production. In addition, cartomizers don’t last very long. Now the upside is that you don’t have to constantly keep refilling with e-liquid, especially when using with a tank. With an atomizer, you get great flavor, a better throat hit and depending on your setup, good vapor production. However, you’re left with having to refill the atomizer with a few drops of e-liquid after every few puffs. It doesn’t sound like a lot of work and it isn’t, but after a while… it gets old, trust me.
Good news vapers, AvidVaper has come out with a very nice designed and well thought out idea – The AMP Tank.
The AMP Tank is the tank that drippers have been waiting for. The AMP Tank is a standard 510 submersible atomizer tank using unmodified standard 510 atomizers. With the AMP Tank the 510 atomizer is threaded into a connector that is inside the liquid tank allowing you to open the space between the atomizer connector and the base connector and increase or decrease the amount of liquid flowing into the atomizer.
There is a small hole on the outside radius of the valve bushing where the air enters. This valve bushing is permanently affixed internally to the 510 atomizer connector inside the tank. The bottom cap and valve bushing can rotate independently, twisting the tank section counter-clockwise while holding the valve bushing section will expose more of the holes in the atomizer threads to increase juice flow.
I know what you’re thinking, an awesome idea right? It is, but not without a hefty price tag. To get this bundle of goodness, get ready to fork out a whopping $120.00 – which covers the tank and 1 bridgeless 510 atomizer. With a price this high, you of course need a warranty. Try 24 hours…
