Texas Select Vapor Publishes Opinions of FDA E-Cig Regulation

West Coast Vape Supply

With the FDA’s E-Cig Regulation quickly approaching, Texas Select Vapor felt it was time to publish their opinion of what FDA regulations may come. Texas Select Vapor also states that the opinion(s) have no factual value and are not conclusive of what the FDA is planning. The FDA is set to release their statements on electronic cigarette regulation at the end of October 2013.

The article goes into great detail, going over an array of topics, such as regulation of proprietary battery design, regulation of e-liquids / e-juice, a look at what some other vendors are already doing, what else may be required and an included closing statement.

The article is interesting and very informative, especially coming from an actual e-cig company. They not only share information with Texas Select Vapor customers, but also show who they are as a company by expressing their opinions.

Texas Select Vapor’s closing statement:

We feel that regulation is a good thing in an industry providing consumables of any kind, especially in an industry working with chemicals such as nicotine. When and if the FDA decides to regulate these products, we’re completely unsure what regulations will be put in place. We just hope for reasonable regulations that allow this industry to thrive and allow for continued growth. We’re all trying to fight traditional tobacco and to date; electronic cigarettes appear to be a very strong contender as a viable alternative.
