Most of the industry has known them by their Pioneer4You website, but the actual manufacturer is Green Leaf Technology company, which is based in Shenzhen, China. Green Leaf follows along in the same path of Eleaf and Cloupor by creating original and authentic devices manufacturer by China. These new ideas are something new for China since it has cloned nearly the whole e-cigarette market. These new innovative designs are possibly coming from Green Leaf’s rich focus on electronic cigarette research, production and development. Green Leaf entered the e-cigarette market in 2013 and now manufacturers some of the most popular devices currently on the market.
Though commenting on an appealing appearance and fancy colors is out of the question for this device, it does create interest with its outer simplicity. The top of the IPV V2 sports a 510 threaded connection, along with a touch sensor to take the place of a button. The touch sensor can be disabled and the fire button above the screen can be used just like with any other device. Other appearance features include an OLED screen on the side of the mod, 2 metal buttons to adjust the wattage and other menu settings, and a micro-USB port.
The IPV V2 is the second version of the Green Leaf IPV series devices. The first IPV, which of course named IPV V1, offered consumers up to 35 watts from the SX-330 Chip. The improved upon version is the IPV V2.1, which offers up to a monstrous 50 watts from the SX-330 Version 2 Chip. It offers features such as going up to 8.5 Volts, Low Voltage Protection, Low Resistance Protection, High Input Voltage Warning, Output Short Circuit Protection, and Reverse Battery Protection. This device made its way to the Best Inexpensive Regulated Mods list because of its low $110 price and stellar performance.
