Today I will be reviewing an 18mg bottle of Kentucky Applewood from VermillionRiverEJuice. I’m not sure of the exact blend of the juice but they say it’s between 30-40% VG and 60-70% PG. I received their glass bottle which I dislike already, it becomes a task refilling your cart/atty with liquid and worrying about spilling it as well with the open end. I’d recommend going with a plastic dropper bottle personally. I’ll be using a 510 box mod 5v passthrough with a regular 2.8ohm bauway atomizer.
First of all I’d like to let you all know I’m not a big fan of tobacco juices and have only had candy and fruit flavored juices in the past 5 months due to bad experiences. Their Kentucky Premium Blend alone is said to have a tobacco taste combined with caramel and nutty undertones, while the Applewood Blend is a mix of that with a hint of sweet apple. Upon my first couple trys I got more of a woody taste with a hint of something sweet. I guess some will say it’s nutty they taste but I however would describe it as woody tasting almost. I can taste the sweet apple but it doesn’t taste much like apple to me it’s just that hint of something sweet. The throat hit is a smooth harsh one so I really liked that. I’ve been getting lots of vapor as for the vapor production so that was great as well.
Overall I’d say this a unique tobacco e-liquid I can stand it unlike most tobacco liquids I’ve had, just not something I could vape non stop. It’s pretty much as described it’s a pure nutty/woody tasting liquid with a hint of sweetness. The throat hit is perfect for my liking. The vapor production is great expect clouds of it. I would recommend anyone who enjoys the tobacco e-liquids with a little extra sweet taste to give this one a try I’m sure you will enjoy it.
