When you think of the saying “Vape it like you stole it”, how do you take it? – I’m not sure about you, but some people are literally vaping like they stole it… well, because they did.
I was shocked to hear of not only one occasion, but several where people were at meets and someone stole their PV. After hearing about one of these incidents, I thought it would be a good idea to get more of the story.
At the time of VapeStock, I was using my Chrome LavaTube. I was at the hot tub, set my LavaTube down with a bottle of juice and my glasses, along with my shirt and towel. I was in the hot tub for about 45 minutes. When I got out, the mod was gone. I never really asked around or anything, it was just gone. Fortunately, Adam from MostAngryIndustries gave me a replacement… which was very cool.

The moral of this story you ask? – Don’t leave your PV’s or vape supplies lying around for just anyone to get their hands on. As well put together as these vape meets are and as tight as our online community is, sometimes you just never know when some random dick head is lurking around to take your bag of goodies. My opinion of the “Chrome Mod Bandit”? – Well, when mods, e-liquid and an ass ton of other vaping supplies are being given away daily throughout this vaping community, I say having to stoop as low as going to a meet to steal someones PV (Must I add that when you go to these meets, they give away PV’s, juice and other vaping supplies throughout the night?) is just pure out pathetic.

my daughter had her eGo stolen an the swimming pool. She had placed it in a fold of her towel qhile she played with her baby daughter in the kiddie pool. When she got out it was gone. I only hope the thief is using it and didn’t throw it away .
Sorry to hear that Pleidius, but such a positive way of looking at the situation.
This is so sad, I think from now on when I go out and about I will leave my ego at home and take a run of the mill 808 or 510 with me. At least if someone steals that I wont be out much.
