2. Bambino RDA
If you can’t tell enough from the picture we’ve provided, the Bambino RDA’s designed was based from the small stature of the Derringer RDA. Though they may look very similar, they’re very much different. The Bambino was designed so that the air-holes sit low on the deck and just behind an inner terrace. That isn’t much to say it differs greatly from the Derringer, so it improved upon its 303 stainless steel, offering copper contacts, PEEK insulators that can withstand 480 degrees, and a massive 1ml juice well. There was a lot of thought that went into the making of the Bambino, and its ability to be completely disassembled, posts and all, definitely shows that. However, the detail is proven with its center post, which was a point of interest; the Bambino was made to where the spacing between the screw and post hole would be ideal for 24 gauge wrapped around an 1/8th bit. “This makes building in a confined space feel like an open deck with lots of leg room.” the manufacturer says. Other detail includes the center post hole being raised for easier building, while the top cap offers a curve around the inner lip, which was made in such a way to redirect air onto your coils from the air hole terrace. In addition, it is also there to prevent spit back, which is commonly seen with smaller atomizers.
In this case, you’ll need to go by the old saying… “don’t judge a book by its cover,” because the Bambino looks shockingly similar to the Derringer from its outer appearance, but its a precision built monster inside.
