The VapeTeam consists of a group of 4 dedicated and professional people looking to spread valuable information and news about electronic cigarettes.
The creation of the VapeTeam was announced last night by Russ at 9:00pm EST. at VapersPlace.com. As of right now VapersPlace is a Live talk radio and what was said on last nights live feed is that with the VapeTeam also comes a new video chat, said to be nothing like anything we’ve ever experienced before. The VapeTeam claims to have a new video chat show where the viewers can interact and voice their opinion instead of sitting on the sidebar cam like you typically see on other vape networks.
Later in the night on the discussion of the new VapeTeam, dimitris says “The VapeTeam will be a team focusing more on the new vapers, while at the same time keeping informative information coming to the most advanced vapers. Whether you are new to vaping or even if you’ve been doing it for years, there is always something to learn.” – Later on that night I had a chance to catch up with Dimitris and pop in a question. I asked Dimitris how the VapeTeam plans to compete with other networks such as VapeTV and ElixirTV and how he thinks they will take to another live show coming to the scene and his response was “We plan to focus on discussions and content rather than entertainment. We aren’t competing with any of the networks, that’s not what we’re about. When you’re in the mood for entertainment, visit some of the other vape networks and if you’re in the mood for content focused information about electronic cigarettes, such as discussions and news, then visit the VapeTeam at VapersPlace.com”
A viewer on the VapersPlace chat asked an interesting question “How do you plan to reach the new vapers?, what makes the VapeTeam any different from getting the new vapers over other vape networks?” – I figured this would be a good time to give my input in the chat and I said “For something of this caliber to work and be effective to pull in the new vapers is that the community needs to come together, spread the word, post banners on the vendor sites, blog pages and social networks, letting the new vapers that there is a informative an inviting place where they can interact with others just like them. It has to be a community effort for a great cause”.
The VapeTeam plans to launch this new idea starting this November.
